Prior to joining GEC Caroline served on NATO's International Staff as Director of the Briefing Programme for politicians, diplomats and journalists during the four years following the fall of the Berlin Wall (1990-1994). Subsequently she worked as Director of the Regional Resources Office for the US Information Agency, at the U.S. Embassy in London.
