more info on refs

HI Peter

might be easier to see how the refs are done in a properly ref'd article (many of our older articles are not), at http://www.spinprofiles.org/index.php?title=Alliance_for_Abundant_Food_and_Energy&action=edit

have a look at how the coding is done, with ref coding, author if there is one, open square bracket, url, then a space, title of article or web page, publication or who owns website, date of article, then date accessed if web page.
