:I have a Ph.D. in Bacterial genetics and B.Sc in Biochemistry and Chemistry from the University of Melbourne and numerous scientific publications. I have been affiliated also with UNESCO with activities in Vietnam and Thailand, so my activities are across the political spectrum.
