Kelly Tolhurst has been the Conservative Party Member of Parliament for Rochester and Strood since May 2015. [1]
Tolhurst defeated the UKIP candidate Mark Reckless, who had held the seat since 2010 for the Conservatives and then from 2014 as a UKIP MP [2], with a majority of 7,133. [3]
