Paul Monaghan is the Scottish National Party (SNP) MP for Caithness, Sutherland and Easter Ross. [1] Monaghan won a majority vote of 3,844 in the 2015 general election, defeating the previous MP John Thurso who held the seat for the Liberal Democrats since 2001. [2]
