Gopa Mitra is heavily involved in the food and health industries. Her commitments include trustee of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Men's Health, as well as director of health policy and public affairs at The Proprietary Association of Great Britain, the trade body representing manufacturers of non-prescription medicines and food supplements in Great Britain. She also became a trustee of the Mental Health Foundation in January 2004. [1]
