Richard Harries (Lord Harries of Pentregarth) is a life peer in the House of Lords. He became a crossbench member of the Lords in July 2006. [1]

Harries was the Bishop of Oxford from 1987 to 2006. He was also previously the Dean of King's College London, where he is now a Fellow and an Honorary Professor of Theology. [2]
