Louise O. Fresco is a University Professor at the University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and an Honorary Professor at the Wageningen University and Research Center, the Netherlands. From 1996 to 2006, she served as Director of Research and Assistant Director General for Agriculture at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations.[1]
