Gordon Stewart (died 1999) was a former Inspector General of the Central Intelligence Agency[1]
He was detailed to the Office of Strategic Services and was sent to London in 1944 and to Germany in 1945 as chief of station.[1]
he held CIA posts as chief of the foreign intelligence staff, chief of the Eastern Europe division, director of personnel and member of the board of national estimates, before retiring as Inspector General in 1971.[1]
