Chris Mounsey is a blogger, libertarian activist and founder and leader of the Libertarian Party. Mounsey was educated at Eton and attended the University of Edinburgh studying Microbiology and degree from which he 'dropped out' according to his own account[2]
Mounsey runs the Devil's Kitchen blog and web design business, he designed the Little Dice website which is registered in his name.[3][4][5]

'Fake Charities'
Mounsey is registered as the owner of the domain name Fakecharities.org[7] which claims to monitor and expose charities as 'fake', which the website defines as 'any organisation registered as a charity with the Charity Commission that derives more than 10% of its income, or which receives more than £1 million, from the state.'[8] the site contains no details on who or what it is run or funded by.
Little Dice
Mounsey owns the domain for online publisher Little Dice. Little Dice claims to concentrate on 'economic, social and historical books'.[9] All of the books published through Little Dice have been written by Chris Snowdon, the books are The Spirit Level Delusion: Fact Checking the Left's New Theory of Everything which was co-published with the Democracy Institute, and Velvet Fist, Iron Glove: A History of Anti-Smoking.
