Robin Blake is Head of Media Literacy at Ofcom, which has a duty to promote media literacy to the general public. His duties at the company include development of key policies and the priorities for the promotion of media literacy. He also had lead responsibility at the Independent Television Commission (ITC) for policy and casework on adult education, social action and media literacy.
Biography
Blake has Masters degree in television and education from Southampton University, and was a former lecturer. He is a producer and director of video based educational materials and developed a service for BT's on-demand video trials. Blake was also an education consultant to the former ITV regional organisation: Television South (TVS). [1]
