Stuart Lennard Caplan (born 8 May 1950) is a British property consultant and a trustee of the neoconservative think-tank the Henry Jackson Society. [1] He has worked as an investment advisor to a number of companies affiliated with the St James's Place Group, [2] a large wealth management company majority owned by Lloyds Banking Group plc.
