Richard Henry Briance (born 23 August 1953) is a British banker and Conservative Party donor. He was appointed a Trustee of the right-wing think-tank Policy Exchange on 18 January 2006.
He is also a trustee of the Legatum Institute, which is advocating a 'hard' Brexit deal with the European Union.
