Sir Philip Carter Goodhart was a Conservative MP from 1957 to 1992.[1]
He was Parliamentary Under-Secretary at the Northern Ireland Office from 7 May 1979 to 5 January 1981.[2][3]
He is the father of publisher David Goodhart.[4]
