- Visit to Mauritius from 7-9 March 2014, to speak at conference on EU links to the island territory and monetary control systems. Flights and accommodation paid for by the Central Bank of Mauritius and Official Monetary and Financial Institutions Forum.
- Visit to Warsaw from 28-29 March 2014, at invitation of the British Embassy and Polish Parliament, to speak at conference hosted by Polish Parliament's EU Scrutiny Committee; costs of visit met jointly by British Embassy and Polish Parliament.
