InspirED is a Special Purpose Company formed to bid for selected Scottish education Private Finance Initiative (PFI) projects. According to the 'PageInfo' on its website, "InspirED is an AMEC led joint venture".[1] The other two partners in the Special Purpose Vehicle are John Laing and Innisfree.[2] Morgan Ashurst and Spie Matthew Hall are InspirED's 'Construction Partner responsible for the design and build of all schools within East Dunbartonshire and South Lanarkshire Secondary Schools Projects.'[3]
