Images and photos
Screengrabs
1. Screengrab the web page you want to record by pressing the Print Screen button on your keyboard. You may want to use the full screen display first.
2. Open an image programme e.g. Paint, and paste the image (Ctrl-V).
3. Save the image as a jpg or other image file.
4. Upload the file onto SpinProfiles in the normal fashion: http://www.spinprofiles.org/index.php/Special:Upload
5. Reference the image in the text using the following format:
