Financial Dynamics is a financial PR firm. It was formerly part of the Cordiant Group which was taken over by WPP in 2003 at which point Financial Dyamnics undertook a Management Buy Out. In 2005 it acquired LLM Communications. In December 2005 FD acquired Dittus Communications, a Washington DC based lobbying firm [1].
