Dr. Sally Elizabeth Carr Leivesley is managing director of the corporate 'risk management' consultancy Newrisk Ltd, which "trains and exercises companies and governments on protecting people and business from extreme incidents". She is a former Home Office advisor and has acted as a media pundit on terrorism and other security threats.[1] Leivesley has advocated "strategic communications programmes to promote attachment of individuals to national goals, nationally valued careers and to national security."[2]
