Yon Goicoechea (b. 1985) is a Venezuelan fifth year law student at Universidad Catolica Andres Bello. Goicoechea was awarded the 2008 The Cato Institute's Milton Friedman Prize for Advancing Liberty, a prize amounting to US$500,000[1].
