Mark Whitehouse is the secretary for IREX Europe having previously managed USAID, State Department, and privately funded media projects[1].
Prior to joining IREX, Whitehouse worked for the Director of the Carter Center’s Commission on Radio and Television Polic, was a development associate at USAID’s Bureau for Europe and Eurasia, and was Administrator of USSR Programs at ACTR/ACCELS.
