- Teleservices International, originally formed by Gray Security of South Africa and Executive Outcomes in 1996, but now a partnership between Gray and senior Angolan military personnel, has been providing security to Branch's mining sites in Angola since 1996, specifically in Luo and Yetwene, and was often deployed to secure these individual mines during the fighting in 1995-96.[1]
