According to its webpage (hosted on the site of its parent company Westminster Forum Projects):

The Westminster Media Forum aims to provide the premier environment where parliamentarians, senior policy advisors, regulators and other decision makers can discuss critical issues, and exchange ideas and information with leaders from industry, responsible interest groups, analysts, academics, journalists and others...In planning its programme of events the Forum consults parliamentarians, senior departmental officials, regulators, industry representatives and major interest groups. The WMF has no policy agenda of its own. The Westminster Media Forum channels resources to ensure that significant numbers of policy makers actively participate. Events are normally held close to the Houses of Parliament, and complimentary tickets and publications go to the ministers, parliamentarians, Downing Street advisors and senior officials most involved in relevant policy. Steps are taken to ensure that no one with an interest in issues discussed is excluded on economic grounds through concessionary rates for small charities and unfunded academics. [1]
