Philip Hammond is reader in Media and Communications at South Bank University. His main research interest is the role of the media in post-Cold War conflicts. He is on the editorial board of the Media, War and Conflict journal [1].
He was a member of the Revolutionary Communist Party and remains at the periphery of the LM network.
