Galina Arapova

From the Article 19 biography:

Galina Arapova has worked in the field of freedom of expression and freedom of information for the last ten years and is currently Director of the Russian NGO, the Mass Media Defence Centre. A practising media lawyer, she has litigated in a number of cases at the European Court of Human Rights. She has lectured and published extensively on media law, defamation and freedom of expression issues.^[1]
