Robert Hiscox was the chief executive of Hiscox Ltd, a Bermuda-incorporated insurance provider listed on the London Stock Exchange and an underwriter at Lloyd's of London for 43 years.

He retired in 2013, and is now honorary president of the company. ^[1]
