Neon Foundation is the philanthropic arm of private equity firm, Neon Adventures.
In April 2015 the Foundation launched a joint project with Ark called Assembly, described as a 'cloud-based platform that connects to a school's 'Management Information System' and extracts key elements of a school's data. The platform then allows schools and other educational organisations to extend, aggregate and analyse that data.'[1]
