Jesse Norman has been the Conservative Party MP for Hereford and South Herefordshire since 2010.[1]
Norman was sacked as a member of the Downing Policy Board in early September 2013 after voting against the Government over potential military action on Syria.[2]
Norman is the great-grandson of Sir Henry Norman, Liberal MP for Wolverhampton South 1900-10 and Blackburn 1910-23.[3]
In the 2015 general election, Norman was re-elected with a majority of 16,890. [4]
