Ian Stewart (Baron Stewartby), is a Conservative Party member of the House of Lords, becoming a peer in July 1992.[1]
Northern Ireland
Stewart served as Minister of State at the Northern Ireland Office from 25 July 1988 to 25 July 1989.[2]
