Richard Younger-Ross was the Liberal Democrats member of parliament for Teignbridge from 2001 to 2010.
He failed to be re-elected in the 2010 election, and was given a 'golden goodbye' payoff of £32,383 by his party as a result.
Despite the resettlement payment, Ross has been recalled to the Liberal Democrats Party, and will stand again for the Teinbridge constituency in the May 2015 general election. [1]
