Don Foster has been the Liberal Democrat MP for Bath since 1992. He was appointed Parliamentary Under-Secretary (Department for Communities and Local Government) in 2012.[1] He was appointed Lib Dem Chief Whip and Deputy Government Chief Whip in October 2013.[2]
