Parameters is an academic journal that was founded in 1971 and is a quartlerly publication. The journal is published by the United States Army Journal College. The Army Journal College is part of the Strategic Studies Institute (SSI), which is the U.S. Army's institute for geostrategic and national security research and analysis. [1] The Journal is therefore a platform for the SSI to publish their research to the wider reader.
