Ivan Eland is Senior Fellow and Director of the Center on Peace & Liberty at the Independent Institute.[1] He is involved in economics and public policy, as well as national security. [2] He is affiliated with the CATO Institute, House of Foreign Affairs Committee, Congressional Budget Office, US General Accounting Office, Senate Foreign Relations Committee, House Government Reform Committee and the Senate Judiciary Committee. Eland sits on the Democracy Institute's Advisory Council.[3]
