Assistant Commissioner Cressida Dick is a senior Officer in the Metropolitan Police. She became the force's head of counter-terrorism in July 2011.[1]

Operation Kratos

Dick was the designated officer for Operation Kratos and the gold commander of the operation which led to the death of Jean-Charles De Menezes.[2]

IDC Herzliya

Dick spoke on 9 September 2013 at the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism's (ICT) World Summit on Counter-Terrorism, taking place at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya (IDC). She told the conference "we can and we must continue to learn to avoid complacency, to fight terrorism with all our skills and power, and do so with the same virtues which have over the years been shown in Israel.”[3]
