Marek Siwiec (born 13 March 1955, Piekary Sląskie) is an MEP (2004- ) elected from the former Polish coalition of two centre-left political parties called Sojusz Lewicy Demokratycznej-Unia Pracy (Democratic Left Alliance-Labor Union).[1] He served as Vice-Chairman of the European Parliament, a substitute member for relations with Israel, and also is Vice-Chairman of European Friends of Israel (EFI).[2]
