Bob Foster was one of a number of senior RUC officers killed in the 1994 Mull of Kintyre Chinook crash. He was "a divisional head of Special Branch based in Tennant Street police station in D Division."[1] According to Statewatch, he was the head of the E4 Division within RUC Special Branch.[2]
