Desmond Conroy was one of 29 people killed in the 1994 Mull of Kintyre Chinook crash. He was a senior RUC Special Branch officer based at police headquarters in Belfast. [1] According to Statewatch, he was the Regional Head of Special Branch for Belfast Region.[2]
