AMEC NNC is one of the main subsidiary companies of AMEC Nuclear Holdings Ltd, and describes itself as "an international nuclear engineering services company". It was created in 2005 when AMEC bought NNC Holdings Limited (“NNC”), the UK’s leading private sector nuclear services business. [1]
In January 2006 it acquired 50.2 per cent of the Romanian nuclear company Stevenson & Associates SRL (S&A –Ro). [2]
