In 2010 he presented an edition of the Channel Four series 4though.tv, two minute opinion slots. Channel Four stated that 'Dr Trevor Stammers is a Christian who has been a practising GP for over 30 years. He refuses to personally refer women for abortions and believes there is a growing uneasiness in the medical profession about the vast numbers of abortions performed simply because women see children as a "social inconvenience".'[6]

Stammers was Programme Director of the 2010-11 MA in Bioethics and Medical Law at St Mary's University College, London, TW1. [7]
