George Bowden was a US lawyer and intelligence officer.

Bowden spent some time as an Industrial Workers of the World organizer before working as a tax lawyer in Chicago. He was recruited into the Office of Strategic Services by James Murphy, and in turn helped to recruit Arthur Goldberg.[1]
