Ken Costa is a former chairman of leading investment banks Lazard International (2007-2011), and UBS Europe who became chairman of London Connections in 2011. London Connections is a St Paul's Institute initiative of the Bishop of London, Richard Chartres, which aims to reconnect and engage the City with a disenfranchised public picking up the bill for multi-billion-pound bank bailouts.
