David H. Koch is a U.S. industrialist and political donor connected to the Koch Industries business empire. He is the brother of Charles G. Koch whose father was Fred C. Koch. Koch Industries operate three oil refineries based in Alaska, Texas and Minnesota with revenues estimated to be around $100 billion.
Political Views
David Koch argues that 'My overall concept is to minimize the role of government and to maximize the role of private economy and to maximize personal freedoms'.[1]
Lobbying
Between 1986-1993 the Koch family gave $11 million to the Cato Institute.[2]
