Blair Gibbs is a campaign manager for the Taxpayers' Alliance. He is a former Home Affairs researcher with the free market think-tank Reform where his work focussed on crime.[1] Gibbs joined the Policy Exchange in June 2010 as the Head of Crime and Justice policy. Gibbs was formerly Chief of Staff to the Policing and Criminal Justice Minister, Nick Herbert MP (2007-10).[2]
