Background
After graduating from Glasgow Caledonian University, Wilson took up a role at Scottish Media Group as Corporate Communications Manager. She later relocated to London, joining financial and corporate PR consultancy Impact Consultancy. She was later appointed as Communications Director of Capital Radio plc (later GCAP Media). Wilson left GCap following a takeover by Global Radio. Most recently, she has worked in an advisory capacity to online ticketing marketplace Seatwave. Wilson is on the steering committee for the Prince's Trust Women's Leadership Group and a fellow of the RSA.[2]
