Eli Khoury is a Lebanese advertising Executive.[1]

Khoury started his career as a film artist and cartoonist in the US. He entered the advertising business on returning to Lebanon in 1990.[2]

He became the chief creative officer of Saatchi & Saatchi Levant in 1992.[3]

In 2000, Khoury acquired a controlling stake in Saatchi & Saatchi Levant through his holding company, Quantum Group.[4]

According to the Lebanon Renaissance Foundation, "Eli's record includes the launch and communication of the Independence 05 (Cedar Revolution) movement".[5]

In December 2009, it was announced that Khoury was to buy out Saatchi & Saatchi's stake in his agency, which was to be renamed.[6]
