He also acts as a part-time 'BBC Media Accuracy Reporter' for the Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting and Analysis UK (CAMERA), a pro-Israel group that scrutinises media reporting on Israel and the Middle East from a partisan perspective.[1]

As Social Media Manager for Glasgow Friends of Israel, Toby Winocour produces content supporting Israel advocacy and collaborates with other Jewish activists to advance organisational goals.[1]
In 2024 he co-founded Keter Media, an influencer marketing agency aimed at elevating Jewish voices and pairing brands with selected influencers to promote pro-Israel messaging.[1]
