[[Yves-Thibault de Silguy]] (born 22 July 1948, Rennes, France) was a European Commissioner responsible for economic, monetary and financial affairs. In 1999 he left the Commission and in January 2001 became a member of the Executive Board of [[Suez Lyonnaise des Eaux]], of which he was Chief Executive Officer from 2001 to 2002, he then became [[SUEZ]]'s Senior Executive Vice-President. He is now Chairman of [[VINCI]], a French construction company.
