Sir [[David Cecil Clementi]] is a former Deputy Governor of the [[Bank of England]]. He holds positions on the boards of several large corporations. In March 2008, he was announced as Warden of [[Winchester College]].

In 2004, he carried out a task for the Department for Constitutional Affairs to review the regulatory framework of legal services in England and Wales, now known generally as the Clementi report.
