The [[Association of European Cancer Leagues]] is an organisation comprised of the leading cancer charities in Europe.  They are a not for profit organisation, registered in Belgium.  They work towards improving communication between European cnacer leagues and societies with the ultimate goal of reducing the growing rates of cancers in Europe.  UK members include [[Cancer Research]], UK and [[Macmillan Cancer Relief]] {{ref|1}}
