The [[Centre for Research into Communist Economies]] (CRCE) was founded in 1983 by Ljubo Sirc, the late Ralph Harris of the [[Institute of Economic Affairs]] and the late Sir [[Antony Fisher]], Founder of the [[Atlas Economic Research Foundation]].
